You remain responsible for your invoice approval process, Xero reminder configuration, customer communication settings, other Xero automation settings, account permissions, and the business consequences of using automated invoice follow-up. You should test the add-on in your own environment before relying on it in day-to-day operations.
Xero Auto-Sent is intended for the specific workflow described in the current listing, help documentation, and onboarding flow. It is not represented as a replacement for ServiceM8, Xero, or your broader accounts receivable process.
The add-on depends on ServiceM8 and Xero continuing to provide compatible services, APIs, permissions, and account access. Changes made by those platforms, or changes to your own configuration in those platforms, may affect how the add-on works.
If Xero Auto-Sent is offered on a paid basis, the applicable pricing, billing method, and subscription terms will be stated in the current ServiceM8 listing, install flow, or support materials. Payment card details must not be entered into the add-on interface unless expressly stated in an external approved billing flow.
